So I had my big ultrasound today! It was soooo neat! You could see the arms, legs, spine, head, heart, etc ... now they are really starting to look like little babies .... (or little monkeys!)
The techs really cant tell you anything about your scan but I had a really nice girl ...
She got me quite a few good quality pictures FINALLY!!
She did however tell me that Baby A's heartrate was 130 and Baby B was 158 .. both in perfect range ... we decided NOT to find out the genders .. and let it be a surprise .... (even if we wanted to the tech said she couldnt tell us) .. however if the old wives tale holds true ... HAHAH wishful thinking I know! lol
Baby B was all sprawled out like they were at the beach ... and Baby A was folded in half ...
They are head to head so it almost looks like they are kissing with just a thin membrane separating the two of them ...
At one point Baby A was sucking his/her hand, but both babies were moving all around quite a bit ...
Daddy was allowed to come in for the last part of the ultrasound, and I think he was pretty amazed at what he saw. He thought seeing the spine and brains were pretty cool ... and how much both babies had grown was amazing ..
I go in on Thurs for my OB appt so we'll see what he says then .... I'm in love :)
